- Kiểm tra các nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng/ Check all accounting transactions arising daily/monthly/ yearly;
- Kiểm soát công nợ phải thu và phải trả/ Manage receivable & payable debts;
- Trích khấu hao tài sản/Asset depreciation
- Thực hiện và kiểm soát các báo cáo tuân thủ theo pháp luật Việt Nam bao gồm PIT, CIT, VAT, báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo quản trị/ Responsible for managing variours of reports in accordance with Vietnam’s Accounting Standard and compliance with all relevant laws such as PIT, CIT, VAT, financial reports, Accounting management reports;
- Làm việc với kiểm toán, ngân hàng và các bên có liên quan/ Deal with external auditors, banker and other relevant parties;
- Xây dựng, triên khai, và cải tiến các quy trình, thủ tục nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động/ Developing and implementing improvements within the accounting implement procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations;
- Một số công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Kế Toán Trưởng/ Perform other tasks assign by Chief Accountant.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy chuyên ngành kế toán, tài chính, kiểm toán (Ưu tiên các trường: Đại học Kinh tế TPHCM, Đại học Ngoại Thương, Đại học tài chính kế toán)/ Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance and Audit / Prefer: University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Foreign Trade University, University of Finance and Accountancy. Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm Kế toán tổng hợp, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Forwarder / Logistics / Air Cargo transport/ At least 3 years’ experience as a General Accountant, especially in forwarding and Logistics, Air cargo transport field is an advantage. Tiếng Anh thành thạo/ English skills (reading, writing and checking contract)
- Vi tính văn phòng, đặc biệt giỏi các hàm excel/ Good at MS office (Word, Excel,)
- Sử dụng thanh thạo các phần mềm kế toán/ Good at Accountant Software.
