**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Production tasks**
- Responsible for the implementation of production tasks according to the production task list and combined with the actual production capacity assignment tasks of the workshop; communicate with the production planning module in a timely manner to adjust task allocation in case of over-capacity or under-capacity; promptly resolve abnormal situations in the production process.

**Safe Production**
- Organize the discussion, implementation and improvement of safety measures in each workshop;
- Organize safety meetings, safety publicity, equipment protection measures and employee operation safety inspections in each workshop.

**Quality Control**
- Organize production in strict accordance with process requirements and quality standards; be responsible for the guidance and supervision of the quality management of each workshop director in the department; be responsible for organizing quality improvement and related technical improvement.

**Cost Control**
- Timely summarize the cost control information of each workshop and formulate corresponding cost control strategies;
- Responsible for reviewing and adjusting product prices

**Site management**
- According to the relevant provisions of on-site production management, do a good job in the guidance of 5S and equipment management
- Supervise the work to ensure that the production site is clean and orderly

**Report Management**
- According to various reports provided by relevant departments, analyze the abnormal situation and propose remedial measures.
- Be responsible for the review of remedial measures and check the implementation status;
- According to the product inspection data provided by the quality inspection department, organize improvement activities, propose improvement countermeasures, be responsible for the review of improvement countermeasures, and check the actual improvement situation.

**Performance, Goal Management**
- According to the work plan, arrange subordinates to carry out work to ensure the realization of various work goals of the department;
- Responsible for the construction of the staff team of the department, put forward the staff assessment and training requirements of the department and assist in the implementation, and be responsible for the performance appraisal of the subordinates.

**Occupational health and safety**
- Conduct safety education and safety knowledge training for the department heads;
- Effectively supervise and take preventive measures for the health hazards faced by employees in this department;
- Supervise and inspect the occupational health conditions on site;
- Participate in the identification, evaluation and improvement and control of hazards in the department.

**Environmental Management**
- Environmental knowledge education and training for department heads;
- Supervise and inspect the on-site environmental sanitation and the occurrence of environmental incidents.
- Participate in the identification, evaluation and operation control of environmental factors in the department;
- Supervise and inspect the fire-fighting equipment and environmental facilities of the department to ensure that they are in good condition, and report any bad situations to the competent department.

**Other**
- Accurately and timely convey the instructions of superiors, publicize and explain in the workshop and organize the implementation, supervision and inspection work;
- Cooperate with other departments to do related work;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**
- Bachelor degree or above

**Professional Knowledge**
- Familiar with the company's workflow and quality management requirements
- Master a wealth of assembly technology and quality standard knowledge, master sofa production management knowledge
- Have the knowledge of relevant coordinating organizations working as a process manager, and have relevant knowledge about product quality and environmental protection
- Chinese can be used as working language

**Work Experience**
- More than 5 years experience in workshop production management
- Background experience in large home furnishing industry

**Skills**
- Have good planning and organization skills, communication skills, and interpersonal coordination skills
