- Working Place: District 12, HCMC

**Duties**
- Experienced in aligning with buyers’ quality standards and company strategies.
- Skilled in root-cause analysis of product defects and implementing corrective actions.
- Trains QA/QC staff in inspecting woven garments and establishes SOPs for quality processes.
- Leads and supervises the QA/QC team, ensuring performance and improvement.
- Handles customer complaints, maintains strong relationships, and reports monthly.
- Sets QA objectives, ensures compliance with buyer requirements, and monitors results.
- Develops and enforces clear quality standards, ensuring staff understanding and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10 years of experience in the garment industry.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven leadership and effective collaboration across teams.
