MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**SUPPORT TO**:
1. Collate suppliers documentation for processing, matching invoices and delivery dockets with the corresponding purchase order.
2. Check and compare delivery note with summary list of suppliers.
3. Follow up with supplier on the day to day invoice issuance (ML, DG, IT)
4. Record and submit good consumption Palazzo
5. Daily inputs inter transfer (food, general )
6. Ensure all credit notes are posted correctly to reconcile against suppliers statements and printed on the remittance advice
7. Transfer data invoice matching to SUN
8. Follow up and update discount list monthly
9. Reconcile invoices to statements
10. Generate payment remittance advice for approval on a monthly basis.
11. Maintain cheque issue log
12. Stamp ‘PAID’ of Invoices after payment
13. Reconcile supplier statements monthly with hotel records and follow up on any discrepancies
14. Maintain an effective filing system. For unpaid supplier invoices the filing is by supplier code and for paid invoices by month which the invoices were paid. Records must be retained for auditing and tax purposes for up to ten years.
15. Answer all reasonable supplier requests in a professional and courteous manner
16. Produce and review monthly AP aging report
17. Do the month-end journal entries
18. Prepare designated account reconciliation each month
19. Make sure all posted invoices are paid in the following month.
20. Record all invoices to SUN
21. Record VAT input
22. Printing payment listing
23. Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
24. Uphold the Company’s Core culture by demonstrating the Care Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.
25. Understand and adhere to relevant workplace health and safety standards. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Hotel and Marriott Policies.
26. Perform any duties as and when directed by your immediate supervisor and Hotel Management.
