Request for recruitment as requirements below:
Position: R&D Director
- Responsible for operating the system to research and develop new products, analyze products to build price bombs, establish product standards, and continuously improve and refine products.
- Research and develop new products and organize the production of new products.
- Analyze and propose the development of new samples, cost (including in-house production or outsourced production), and report for approval by the CEO.
- Research and design products based on customer-provided ideas or samples.
- Implement product samples if requested by customers.
- Implement new product designs directed by the CEO.
- Responsible for the economic targets in the production and business activities of the R&D department.
- Search for and develop suppliers and maintain relationships with experts from suppliers to develop and produce products.

Criteria Requirements
- Nationality: UK, USA, Germany, or any other
- University degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Machine Manufacturing
- 5 years of experience working in household appliance companies in the USA or Europe
- Communication skills
- Report writing skills
- Data analysis skills
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

1. Salary - Total income approximately $5000 - $8000 (negotiable during the interview)
- Insurance according to regulations, including a special health insurance package for senior managers
- Public holidays and leave as per regulations
- 6 days off per month (4 Sundays, 2 Saturdays every other week)
