- Conduct market research when necessary to support the department and the company at different stages of projects.
- Provide market intel in-puts for new developments.
- Work with brand consultants in developing strategies and build the brand’s awareness/credibility
- Propose sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and the company’s objectives.
- Provide training, support and coaching to subordinates.
- Support execution of all matters relating to Sales & Marketing strategies, including internal approvals, reporting, sales program formulation, project budget planning and forecasting etc.
- Actively work with internal departments for efficient execution of strategies.
- Perform other duties as required on the job.
- Report to the Head of sales

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Planning Manager (FMCG).
- Having working experience with leading township developers is preferred
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and distill this information into meaningful reports and presentations.
- Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage several priorities and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, as well as interpersonal style relating well to all levels within an organization
