**About the role**

The Graphic Designer, in collaboration with other members of the marketing and product teams, will create engaging and on-brand designs for a variety of media.

Your designs should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to transform requirements into design and designs into feelings.

**What will you do**
- Responsible for understanding marketing and product team briefs and converting that into appealing, highly usable graphic designs
- Produce all artwork within technical and design parameters, including brand identity from conceptualization onwards
- Work smoothly with marketing and products teams in a fast-paced start-up environment.

**Background Requirements**
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or visual communication.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
- Expert proficiency with leading graphics design tools (such as InDesign, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender,...)
- Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography
- Experience with Sketching, Digital Painting, video editing
- Up to date with recent design standards and trends
- Ability to communicate design choices clearly.
