- Manage and analyse the information of sales, distribution and sales resource.
- Monitor & analyse all sales activities/sales trend/customers.... to support for Sales Department.
- Aggregate sales reports in a timely fashion for performance evaluation.
- Control Total Trade Spend/Net Customer Contribution by customer, distributor, sales channel, sales region
- Check & analyse the sales activity
- Cooperate with ISIT Department to make sure that Data stored in a systematic way to ready provide for business needs.
- Assign, guide & support Sales Controlling Executives
- Do the distributor audit
- Handle & operate the team (except the salary)
- Other works assigned by Sales Controller
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or master data management.
- Experience working with big data and basic-level data analysis.
- Proficiency in Word/Excel and the ability to use Power BI for work purposes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
