**Mission Statement**

Act with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements. Employs various test protocols and applies standards to ensure quality.

**Main Accountabilities**:
**Dimensions**

**Testing**:

- Conduct all routine, special test on a transformer and accessories function test as instructed by the team leader.
- Ensure that all tests are conducted as per plan so that the transformer is dispatched as per schedule.
- In case of any failure while testing, analyse the failure and report the details to the team leader.
- Be responsible for testing equipment maintenance, hand tools be tidy, clean, maintain 5S in test area.

**Customer Inspection**:
When a customer comes to factory for witnessing test, resolve various queries of customers.

**Safety**:
As high voltage used for testing safety is the prime importance, use of all relevant PPE while carrying out the tests, following safety instruction in test area strictly

Carry out other tasks, as assigned by the Test manager

**Main Targets**:

- 100% routine test request must be understood
- No missing inspected items test which
- ** Production Capacity**:Test about 200 units/years

**Challenges**
- Frequent overtime (out of official hours, at weekends)
- Study many different Work Instructions/ Standards
- Ready to perform the newly assigned work

**Authorization to perform.**
- Fully equipped with tools, equipment, and protection to perform the job.
- Refuse to perform work that is unsafe or contrary to company regulations and laws.
- Sign test report as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience/ Competence**
- **Education**: College degree in electrical field
- ** Experience**:
Have at least 1 year of experience in test of electrical equipment and must be able to understand circuit diagrams.
- ** Specific knowledge**:

- Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025
- English: Read, understand technical documents
- Knowledge of transformer, manufacturing and testing process in Electrical field.
