**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models using Python, scikit-learn, and PyTorch
- Analyze structured and unstructured data using Pandas, SQL, and PostgreSQL
- Build and deploy APIs to serve models using FastAPI and containerize solutions with Docker
- Implement semantic search and RAG pipelines using Weaviate (or similar vector databases)
- Develop dashboards and prototypes using Streamlit for internal and client-facing solutions
- Collaborate with developers (especially those using.NET) to integrate ML solutions into product workflows
- Deploy models and manage infrastructure on Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Strong Python programming skills and deep understanding of data science libraries (Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience building APIs with FastAPI and deploying them via Docker
- Understanding of vector databases such as Weaviate, FAISS, or Pinecone
- Ability to create quick prototypes and dashboards using Streamlit
- Exposure to Azure cloud environment and MLOps practices
- Knowledge of or ability to collaborate on.NET-based systems
- Able to communicate in English effectively. Able to speak other Asian languages is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with large-scale NLP or generative AI projects
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and agile development practices
- Background in statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
