Coal Trader

**Job responsibilities**:

- Strategic_
- Develop, execute and manage the sales and marketing function for Coal market in Vietnam
- Monitor and implement the effective Sales & Marketing strategies to enhance the connections with top potential clients in Vietnam in heavy industries, that align company's policies.
- Develop tools and system to monitor and ensure the effectiveness of Sales & Marketing performance, in accordance with company's overall strategies and plans.
- Marketing & Sales_
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing, Price Management strategies.
- Manage proper Business line with clients: Contract, Pricing, Production Volume for atmost effective performance.
- Ensure the on-going engagement between related departments: Sales & marketing, Operations & manufacturing sides.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing in Mining industry, especially with Coal Product, working in top Mining Trading companies with proven track records.
- Strong connections with top client in Heavy industry, including Investors/Contractors/Tenders.
