Respond to all reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
- Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates,
- promotions
,
- amenities
, programs, hotel facilities and services
- Answer guest inquiries pertaining hotel facilities and services, and other related information
- Well use property management systems
- Assist and prepare in groups pre- arrival
process and also preparing group
- rooming lists
- Conduct site-inspections as required
- Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics for analytical, budgeting and forecasting purposes
- Maintain current filing system and prepare reports if required
- Perform other duties as assigned by DOSM

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
- Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- Good command in both speaking and writing in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and property management systems
