(Remote) Test Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Provide training to UAT team and/or operational users.
- Understand solution scope
- Refer to standard training pack and extract relevant parts for training
- Prepare materials (orders, upload files etc) for training

2. Lead and manage internal/external UAT and
- Propose test scenarios and steps with support from Business Process Owner or Customer Service Support rep
- Prepare test order/material as required
- During testing period:

- Host daily/regular testing triage/stand-up call
- Be the first level support/triage when issues are encountered
- Work with support team to close issues
- Maintain execution trackers and issue log
- Provide daily test progress report.
- Support test team during testing session.
- Liaise with customer test-lead/project manager on matters related to UAT.

3. Test Execution: For some projects/system releases, test lead/manager will:

- Propose test scenario, if required
- Execute test scenario per directed by Business Process Owner/Project Manager
- Maintain execution trackers and issue log
- Work with development/support team to close issues
- Provide regular test process update

4. Facilitating onboarding
- Provide system training to end-user before project go-live if required
- Conduct refresher training post go-live if required

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years work experience on Testing/QA, with “can-do” attitude and can work independently and under pressure.
- Test planning and management experience. Experience in the logistics industry is a major plus.
- Team player
- Able to multi-task and work on multiple multiple projects/release at the same time.
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Ability to speak other Asian languages is a plus.
- Global project with HPQC tool, local projects with Excel
- This role will support the APAC region. Covering countries New Zealand to India.
- Flexibility to adjust working time is a must
- Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:

- Manhatten WMS systems
- EDI/API connections
