**Responsibilities**:
Working with an international team across time zones, you will:

- Work closely with the **CEO** and **Delivery Manager** in Norway to ensure solutions are developed with maintainability and security at the heart
- Spot opportunities for **process and tool improvements,** keeping an eye on latest updates on development best practice
- You will also work with, resolving **escalations** and diagnosing issues or bugs
- As a core team member at Elfo, you will be responsible for producing a **high quality end product**:

- Have a chance to step into in the field of mobile app development (Flutter)

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Essential**:

- 5 yrs + work exp. in software development
- Proven record with.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL
- Hands-on with VueJS, Angular or any Javascript frameworks
- Experience in unit test
- Good communication skills in English to talk and collaborate directly with colleagues in Norway
- Agile product development mindset

**Good to have**:

- Mobile Technologies (especially Flutter)
- Azure DevOps

**Personality**:

- A self starter who can learn quickly and successfully execute solutions
- Long-term mindset
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good team player and listener
