You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

**How you will contribute**

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

**Position purpose**:
The Regional Sourcing S pecialist AMEA Marketing & Sales (M&S) Process & Operations supports AMEA M&S spend area team to manage and streamline Source-To-Pay processes and identify opportunities to improve operational effi c iency and provides data analyst support to ensure close monitory and delivery of M&S spend area KPIs, including productivity, cash, and compliance goals. Also, this role is responsible for Vietnam local sourcing projects & ad-hoc regional support including sourcing strategy development and execution, and local stakeholder management.

**Primary responsibilities**:
**1. AMEA M&S Process and Operations (50%)**

**1) AMEA M&S compliance workstream**:
To manage all the activities need to perform as outlined in the GSCP governance dashboard.

a) Bi-annually lead the process to review and approve Strategic Supplier List.
b) Bi-annually updates on contract coverage (using the contract coverage tracker), and regularly follow up on actions needed.
c) Review and GSCP approval for PO Spend above US$ 500K

d) Develop and coordinate AMEA M&S contracts and SAF Tracker

**2) AMEA M&S cash workstream**

AMEA cash initiative coordination to support AMEA M&S delivery of Cash target

a) Share bi-monthly updates on project pipeline (from CF initiative tracker). Also keep the team updated on WAPT targets.

b) Share quarterly updates on WAPT (from Tableau) and how we're tracking against targets.

c) Quarterly analysis to compare actuals (WAPT on Tableau) vs. pipeline (cash initiative tracker) as well as contractual PT, investigate and troubleshoot if any gap

d) Review and analyze spend reports and addressed misclassification of GMCS codes if there is

**3) AMEA M&S source-to-pay process workstream**

a) PO automation and Coupa webforms hygiene.

b) Other superuser of system e.g supplier central, etc., AMEA Indirect SPOC for the Buyer Central and Supplier Central teams for new releases

4) **Other Data Analyst Support**

Provide data analyst support on spend report and productivity tracker etc.,

**2. Global Decideware superuser (15%)**

Support half yearly Agency Review system administration and report analysis cross Global Media, Creatives, Design & Premiums

**3. Execute local and spot buys in trade & sales category **(35%)**

End-to-end sourcing of purely local spend items/ad-hoc regional items and large spot buys, unplanned ad hoc demands to keep control over high spend utilizing deep sourcing or Spend Area expertise.

**Education / Certifications**:bachelor's degree in BA or a ppropriate majors

**Job-specific requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain with an end-of-end understanding of Source to Pay process
Fluent spoken/written English
