Job Summary
Responsible to provide the product information, system user training and technical support for Core Microbiology products of BD Integrated Diagnostics in the North and Central Vietnam. This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Application and Training Support
- Inclined to learn and improve technical knowledge and skills on existing and new BD Core Microbiology products.
- Plan and organize training programs for internal team/ distributor team/ account managers in the assigned territory to raise and strengthen the technical bar and capability on product knowledge.
Marketing and Sale Support
- Co-ordinate / support / lead awareness activities such as seminars, conference
- Continuously track competitor activity and scan the market environment for developing trends and practices and emerging business opportunities.
Monitoring and Collaboration Support
- Responsible for providing technical direction and support to customers on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of BD Core Microbiology products and serves as the customer contact by collaborating to resolve the technical and service-related problems.
- Works closely with the corporate contacts related to technical support, marketing, QA/QC, and R&D to address customer concerns, determine corrective action and customer follow-up; and the designated service engineers to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Tracking of customer feedback on product quality and escalating product issues to appropriate authority within the organization
- Prepare and provide a monthly report to supervisor on tech support, training and marketing activities. Ensure timely submission of post-installation training and evaluation reports.
- Support a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement within the organization.

- Interact with all levels of staff and occasionally with other associates within IDS team, country and South East Asia
- External parties:_
- Interact with customers, distributors, hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders
Preferred Requirements:
- Education:_
- Degree of biotechnology
- Degree of Laboratory Medicine Technique
- Relevant Experience:_
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in diagnostics field and/or in clinical laboratory.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical microbiology
- Analytical problem solving
- Presentation and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Enthusiastic and independent
- Results oriented and highly motivated to succeed
- Willingness to travel (30% - 40%)
