Job Summary:

- Provide administrative and clerical support specifically to a radiologist, with a focus on ultrasound procedures for CARE1 - Health & Wellness Screening Center. This role involves assisting the doctor, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the ultrasound room.

Working Hours & Contract:

- This is a 3 to 4-month temporary contract position.
- Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and prepare ultrasound rooms.
- Welcome and check in patients, collecting necessary information.
- Type medical reports and diagnostic notes from the radiologist into the system.
- Assist patients in completing their medical records.
- Assist the radiologist during general health screening ultrasound procedures.

**Salary**:

- Pre-tax salary from 8 to 10 million VND/month.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Graduation from a College or University. A medical background is NOT required.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Intermediate English for patient communication and proficient in written English.
- Fluent typing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Professional and neat appearance.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Age from 22 to below 30.
- Proactive, diligent, and a quick learner.
- Available to in September, 2025.
