Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent in the industry.
- Develop and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employees skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry requirements.
- Manage employee engagement and retention strategies to create a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to anticipate and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Director or a similar leadership role in the financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations. Familiarity with the financial services industry, including an understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information. Contact: Hue Ngo
