**1. About XNO & XNOQuant**
- **XNOQuant** is a **quant research and developer community,** focusing on AI, data, and algorithmic trading. It connects researchers, developers, and investors to co-create advanced trading strategies.

**2. Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain **scalable backend services** for XNO trading platform and XNOQuant community.
- Implement and optimize **microservices architecture** with focus on performance, security, and resilience.
- Build and manage **real-time trading APIs, order management, and risk control services.**:

- Integrate and manage **data pipelines** for market data, research data, and trading signals.
- Work with Product Owners and BAs to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend, AI, and quant teams to ensure smooth system integration.ccc
- Implement best practices for **logging, monitoring, CI/CD, and automated testing.**

**3. Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- **2+ years of backend development experience** (fintech/crypto/AI platforms is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of **Golang, or Python**.
- Solid experience with **databases**: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Experience with **message queues & streaming**: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
- Familiar with **microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems.**:

- Hands-on experience with **Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.**:

- Knowledge of **system security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and API Gateway.**:
