Job Responsibilities
_/ Phạm vi công việc_
- Prepare various actuarial and financial reports required by Prudential Group, Regulator and internal management. / _Chuẩn bị các báo cáo định phí và tài chính khác nhau theo yêu cầu của cơ quan quản lý, tập đoàn Prudential và ban lãnh đạo công ty._
- Work closely with Finance and IT function on financial reporting/ _Phối hợp chặt chẽ với phòng Tài chính về các báo cáo tài chính._
- Prepare statutory solvency position on a monthly basis. / _Theo dõi các thay đổi trong báo cáo biên khả năng thanh toán cho cơ quan quản lý hàng tháng._
- Follow and documented processes and procedures to ensure local reserves results are sound, accurate. In particular ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, PCA standards and actuarial principles / _Đảm bảo kết quả dự phòng theo luật và theo chuẩn IFRS và quy trình là hợp lý, chính xác và được ghi chép đầy đủ. Đặc biệt đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu quy định về luật định, tiêu chuẩn của PCA và nguyên tắc của ngành định phí._
- Build up and enhance financial KPI and actuarial analytics reports with future-ready platform (Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Azure, etc.)/ Tham gia xây dựng và nâng cấp các hệ thống báo cáo chỉ tiêu tài chính và phân tích dữ liệu định phí trên các nền tảng công nghệ mới (Power BI, Jira, Confluence,Azure,etc.).
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any) / _Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp hoặc ban lãnh đạo công ty._

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

**Qualifications**:
_/ Bằng cấp_
- University degree in a major with significant exposure to actuarial, finance, mathematics and/or statistics. /_Bằng đại học chuyên ngành có liên quan đáng kể với Định Phí, Tài Chính, Toán Học và / hoặc Thống Kê_
- Study towards to get the actuarial Fellow qualification / _Tiếp tục học để trở thành thành viên của một tổ chức Định Phí được công nhận_

Experiences, Knowledge and skill /
_Kinh nghiệm, kiến thức và kỹ năng_
- Actuarial and insurance knowledge learned from both examinations and job experience. / _Kiến thức chuyên sâu về Định Phí và Bảo Hiểm đã học được từ cả kỳ thi và kinh nghiệm làm việc._
- High analytical skill/ _Kĩ nâng phân tích cao._
- Experience in data analytics, data engineer is a plus/_Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phần tích và xây dựng hệ thống dữ liệu là một lợi thế._
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision / _Khả năng làm việc độc lập không cần nhiều hướng dẫn._
- Excellent verbal communication, writing and presentation skills/ _Kỹ năng giao tiếp, viết và thuyết trình tuyệt vời_
- Fluent English/ _Giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo_
