- We are looking for an industry professional to join our opening team, David Green having worked in One, Two, and Three Michelin-starred Kitchens in Europe before returning to Australia as Executive Chef at the much lauded
- Lakehouse in Daylesford will open his first solo venture in District 2.
- Olivia will position itself as a Fine Dining property, offering first-class service and French-inspired cuisine.
- As our Section Waiter, you will exceed our guest’s high expectations, showing care, dedication, and initiative, contribute to our strong culture of teamwork and ensure each guest has a truly memorable experience from the moment they arrive until our final farewell.
- **Remuneration**
- Salary - Negotiable- Gross per month staff tips
- Leave bonus
- Hours of work
- Six days, working an eight-hour shift
- Reports to The Maítre D
- **Key Tasks**
- Will possess strong service skills and be able to silver serve dishes tableside, decant fine wines, comfortably discuss the food and wine menus, and answer any guest questions regarding food preparation, food allergies, provide suggestions and have confident problem-solving abilities.
- Will be required to manage The East Room’s Functions and Events independently including set up, staffing, working to set budgets, food and wine delivery and ensuring guest's needs are met and surpassed
- Will assist The Maítre D to achieve front-of-house budgets of, wage costs, beverage costs, and equipment costs.
