**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Main objective of management of all Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) and technical trades packages including low current and IT on the warehouse construction project**
- Definition, preparation and adaptation of company standards to local conditions to be define in the preparation of the specification and scope of works to our partner designers and consultants.
- Concept, basic and technical detailed design review and validation of construction design for execution
- Procurement process management of MEP suppliers and contractors
- Safety, quality, schedule, cost management of works being done on site by the designated contractors
- Handover process including preparation and follow-up of defect list as per company standard
- Management and training to local contractor MEP engineers as and when required on new technologies and coordination on site

**Secondary Objective on IT Group compliance and integration**
- IT Expertise
IT Go live of our facility within the company Group network
Dedicated communication Partner and relay to corporate IT dept.
Training for local IT manager post go live
- Procurement process management of MEP suppliers and contractors
- Safety, quality, schedule, cost management of works being done on site by the designated contractors
- Handover process including preparation and follow-up of defect list as per company standard
- Designated IT expert to potential tenant and client for management of their own IT solutions

**Secondary Objective on Facility Management**
- Representative of the Group facility management dept in company Vietnam
- Project management of the delegated facility management services to local provider as per group expectations
- Regular facility audit and group reporting
- Follow-up of facility management company performance, KPI, cost, and repair requirement
- Responsible of the annual facility management budget preparation, expense monitoring and final reporting

**Secondary mission on group Technical Department**
- Provide feedback to Group head office Tech. Dept. on local constraints and available technologies to improve our company standards both locally and globally. The paramount priority remaining workers health, safety, performance with mínimal impact on our environment

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, MEP, or related Engineering field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D is essential.
- Strong understanding of modeling, and MEP systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
