Perform 3 shift duties
- Transporting guest luggage and responsible for unloading luggage at curbside upon a guest's arrival as well as delivering the luggage to a guest's room after check-in.
- Bellmen also place luggage according to the guest's request and make sure that everything in the room is satisfactory.
- Bell service staff also store luggage for guests as needed before or after check-in/checkout, and load it directly into the taxicab or rental vehicle upon request.
- Responsible for delivering the food or other items guests order to their rooms and also assist guests with laundry service.
- Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurant, doctor, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.
- Bellmen can also assist with getting a rental car as well as calling for or hailing a cab for guests.
- Be prepared to recommend first and foremost the hotel’s own Food and Beverage outlets before any other, making himself totally familiar with the operating times and each outlets benefit.
- Ensure the lobby always kept in an orderly fashion.
- Responsible for maintenance of the hotel information directory (function board) and ensures the information shown in current and accurate at all time.
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Management or Concierge Supervisor from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Communication skill are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others, demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand of the company.
- Good writing skills.
- Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Four
- and five-star hotels prefer to hire bell service staff with significant customer service experience and/or at least some college. Bell captains and other senior hotel staff are often expected to have at least two to three years of hotel service experience and some college.
