Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

Informa Markets Asia's Graduate Trainee Program jumpstarts your career in event management, offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile exhibitions and conferences. As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with industry experts, collaborate on exciting projects, and develop essential event management skills while gaining valuable insights into the industry. **YOUR JOURNEY**:
Receive structured guidance and support from mentors. Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas:

- ** Sales**: Support sales team, generate leads, prepare pitches, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- ** Marketing**: Assist in event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.
- ** Event Operations**: Work on logistics planning, on-site support, and event management.

**Qualifications**
- Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Passionate about the events industry with a strong desire to build a career in event management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
- Excellent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
