**Take ownership for delivering complex projects**

As a Customer Project Engineering Engineer, you will be owning the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation.

As a Customer Project Engineering Engineer, you will be responsible for below:

- Serving as the technical leader/manager to develop a scope of work and plan schedule and monitor engineering activities for customer projects.
- Providing technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Baker Hughes Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors.
- Providing technical engineering support during business and non-business hours, including rotational based 24-7 engineering on-call.
- Delivering engineering design based on customer requirements and developing them into design specifications, verifying the design and converting into manufacturing specifications and operating specifications.
- Identifying, assessing and taking actions to mitigate those risks to people, plant and the environment because of the engineering activities. Ensuring lessons learned are well communicated and reflected in the design activities.
- Fulfilling abroad assignments to other BH sites to support company business.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of engineering experience gained in an Oil and Gas, Energy, Industrial or renewables environment.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner in English.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work independently and good problem solving skills.
- Have experience in identifying and managing risk (use of risk assessments, HAZOPs, FMECA etc.).
- Have knowledge of applicable codes and standards (such as related API, ASME, DNV, etc.)
- Be able to handle multi-tasks and work under high pressure environment.
