NDT Online & special campaigns (BISS / CP7/AAI)
- Assisting Project Manager to deliver all KPIs to promote NDT Project in collaboration with franchises (HTN, - Diabetes, Cardio) on social media channels: website, fanpage, youtube.
- Enhance the quality of Ngaydautien services on Online platforms including website, fan page, or youtube through creative digital activities and peak campaigns BISS, Camp 7, AAI in term of strategy / content / implementation / follow up
- Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages
- Coordinating with agency in building content and engagement for NDT’s website, social media pages and for press releases
- Performing administrative tasks such as following up agency payment and liquidation, project databases and spreadsheets.
- Other tasks are assigned by NDT Project Manager

NDT Offline - NDT Corner & Elfie app
- Support Project Manager to propose and set up NDT Corner models, build relationship with hospitals, SOHs, CDCs and BOD of Health Center to implement NDT Project
- Making plan for material allocation to each NDT Corner, coordinating with FF team to follow up and add in NDT materials at corners; propose corner visit plan to support better quality of NDT Corner
- Support NDT Project Manager to ensure the quality of corners (number of coached patients) and follow the availability of study drugs (VIA and DIA) by visit corner frequently and join monthly meetings with KAS team each region (if required)
- Observe and coordinate with nurses to provide appropriate consultation for patients
- Instruct and ensure SOPs are implemented at every corner
- Support the Nurse Training program to ensure their competencies are well equipped
- Support Project Manager to build communicating tools, processes for internal & external stakeholders
- In collaboration with Field Force and Marketing team to deliver all Elfie KPIs including Elfie download, Elfie promotion to HCPs, Elfie training, Elfie digital center, etc.
- Support Project Manager in NDT & Elfie dashboard, data or reports to internals and externals
- Other tasks are assigned by NDT Project Manager

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor of Public Health, Pharmacist or Doctor.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and business principles
- Good understanding of digital marketing, digital health, data analysis or related field, good knowledge of SEO and keyword research is a plus
- Good writing skills and proven medical copywriting experience.
- The ability to analyze data, extract salient information, and present it in a fresh way.
- Strong time-management, multi-tasking skills, influence communication, and high collaboration.
- Strong research and communication skills
- Project management, planning & follow up.
- Pro-active, responsibility, and integrity.
- Good communication in English is preferred.
- Travel to provinces (base on schedule) frequently is required
