The Head of Training Effectiveness is a key position within the Sales Training Department, responsible for contributing to the Division's overall success by building and developing a system/ tool to monitor and track the effectiveness of training. This role is instrumental in transforming the Training and Development Division by driving learning transfer, deploying performance support, and tracking the results of training initiatives to ensure their effectiveness. The Head of Training Effectiveness works closely with the senior management team and key stakeholders to align training strategies with the Company's goals and objectives.

**Training Operation Excellence**:

- Develop and implement a training governance framework that ensures the alignment of training objectives, strategies and policies with the business goals and regulatory requirements.

- Establish and monitor the training process and procedure, as well as the controls and standards for the delivery of training programs and materials.

- Measure and report the outcomes and impact of training operation, quality assurance and projects on the agency performance and satisfaction.

- Process Automation to shorten TAT

- Work closely with the regulators (VIDI), Legal and Compliance teams to understand the regulatory requirements and to ensure all training activities that meet those requirements.

**Training Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct field checks to evaluate the quality of services delivery in terms of trainer's capabilities, training programs and standard procedure.

- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the training operation and quality assurance and propose solutions and action plans.

Xác định các thiếu sót và khía cạnh cần cải thiện trong hoạt động đào tạo và đảm bảo chất lượng và đề xuất các giải pháp, kế hoạch hành động.
- Provide proper mentorship to uplift trainers' skill.

**Training Initiatives Implementation**:
Triển khai dự án huấn luyện
- Manage and execute training projects that aim to uplift the agency capability and/or engagement, such as new product launches, digital transformation initiatives, recognition events, etc.

Quản lý và thực hiện các dự án đào tạo nhằm nâng cao năng lực và/ hoặc sự cam kết, chẳng hạn như ra mắt sản phẩm mới, sáng kiến chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số, sự kiện vinh danh, v.v.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of training projects.

Phối hợp với các bên liên quan nội bộ và bên ngoài để đảm bảo thực hiện suôn sẻ và hiệu quả các dự án đào tạo.
- Initiate and monitor new projects to improve the performance of agents, agency leaders, and trainers, and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
