**_Role Summary_**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate a **(Senior)**Fullstack Engineer**to join our Engineering Support Team. This role is focused on developing cutting-edge blockchain and cloud solutions, as well as participating in an on-call support rotation with the existing team.

You will primarily work on fullstack development during the day and participate in a structured on-call rotation after office hours. This ensures mission-critical systems remain operational, with team members taking turns being on standby to address any incidents that may arise.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**:

- **Frontend**: Next.js
- **Backend**: NestJS
- Design and implement smart contracts using Solidity, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on **Microsoft Azure**, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Participate in the on-call rotation with the existing team, providing after-hours incident response as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
- Continuously improve and automate operational processes for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of new features and fixes.

**_Required Skills_**:

- Strong proficiency in **TypeScript** and JavaScript frameworks:

- **Frontend**: Next.js
- **Backend**: NestJS
- Hands-on experience with Solidity for smart contract development, with a solid understanding of blockchain security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for incident resolution in an on-call environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitHub Actions) for smooth deployment and automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools to ensure system stability and proactive issue resolution.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-priority incidents with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate effectively with global and local teams.

**_Preferred Qualifications_**
- Experience working with blockchain networks and protocols.
- Exposure to smart contract auditing and security best practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Experience with document databases (MongoDB).
- Experience with queues and caching mechanisms (Redis).
- Familiarity with Azure managed services (e.g., Kubernetes Service, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Service Bus, Entra).
