- Assist in the preparation of formulations for shampoos, shower gels, and other personal care products
- Support routine stability and performance testing under the guidance of R&D staff
- Accurately weigh, mix, and label raw materials and samples according to procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and equipment.
- Record and document formulation data, observations, and test results.
- Manage sample inventory, raw materials, and lab supplies.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety protocols, and company SOPs.
- Participate in experimental trials and troubleshooting when required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good in English and communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, cosmetic science, pharma or related field.
- Previous lab experience (academic or industry) is preferred.

TRAVEL
- Travel to factory for trial/ production
