**Accounting - Ensure cash is collected within timeframe**
- Ensure all receivables and payables amount need to collect/payout to FLM Hub are on time and adequacy;
- Manage cashflow, ensure cash is always sufficient for payment
- Ensure no open item and no variance at month-end between system and bank accounts
- Ensure no overdue for COD/ compensation outstanding monitoring
- Prepare COD/compensation reports and perform assigned tasks on timely manner

**Operations support - Support operations giving solutions for system improvement, build and enhance current SOP, propose idea for improvement**
- Transform business process automation
- Provide initiative to improve control system
- Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cash collection, direct Operations to follow up process
- Support Operations Manager to reduce their staffs’ workload and increase ADO
- Support Finance closing monthly, quarterly, yearly, provide sufficient and precise data for internal/ external audit
- Work with business partners to provide initiative for business
- Working on continuous process improvement initiatives to build sustainable operation, increase efficiency and achieve cost savings
- Enhance the team's knowledge and skills, guide them to meet Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, e-commerce experience is preferable
- Experience working with mass transactions
- Fast and precise decision maker
- Have deep understanding about operations work
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-growing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong Microsoft and Google docs/sheets skill, SQL is preferable
- Ability to interact, explain problems, guide and influence Operators to support co-ordination and compliance
- Have initiative and entrepreneurship mindset
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, eager to learn
- Business English is required
- Integrity is a must have
