**2. International Sourcing and Import/Export**:

- Identify and develop reliable overseas suppliers for project requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of import/export activities, including logistics, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Optimize shipping and freight solutions to minimize costs while maintaining efficiency.

**3. Cost and Budget Control**:

- Monitor procurement costs and work within established budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
- Prepare cost analysis and reports for senior management.

**4. Process Optimization and SOP Implementation**:

- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement and sourcing activities.
- Implement tools and systems to streamline purchasing processes and improve efficiency.

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor the procurement team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members’ skills in procurement and sourcing.

**6. Risk Management**:
