We're seeking a talented and driven Talent Development Manager to create and implement innovative management development frameworks that empower our leaders to grow and excel every day. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders, HR leaders, and functional managers to build a culture of continuous leadership growth, utilizing coaching, 360 feedback, and measurable success metrics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a comprehensive management development framework for mid-level managers, managing end-to-end program requirements, including detailed project plans, defined outcomes, and regular status reports.
- Partner with Learning & Development site managers, HR managers, Country Managers, and client leaders to support programs and assessment activities.
- Develop programs aligned with competencies, skills, and proficiency levels to drive desired behavioral outcomes.
- Consult with client delivery and functional leaders to assess leadership needs and gaps, designing targeted solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality program delivery.
- Oversee the 360 feedback process for mid-managers, assessing and updating frameworks for continued relevance.
- Monitor and analyze mid-manager KPIs to measure program impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to market leadership programs and celebrate successes.
- Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in leadership development offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Leadership coaching certification (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience designing and delivering evidence-based talent development programs, preferably within customer-facing IT environments.
- Proven ability to align across global stakeholders and functions, displaying a global mindset.
- Consultative approach to diagnosing problems and crafting solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing and directing others without direct authority.
- Demonstrated success in managing external vendors to deliver high-quality programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional fluency in English.
- Business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Flexibility, tenacity, and a can-do attitude.
