- Knowledge well on SB NC, PU technology in wood Furniture coating.
- Dependable formulation, modification, cost-out product and RM substitution based on requirement.
- Comprehension onprocessesofproductdevelopmentprocessing,research,testingbywhichresultsare produced. Learns to produce dependable data and pursue quality in products/ processes.
- Learnsproblem-solving/decisionmakingskills.
- Learnstomanageownworkthroughplanningexecution,analysisanddocumentationofresults.
- Timelyandaccurateexecutionofproducttestingonproductionmaterial.
- SupportallACbusinessbytimelyandaccurateexecutionofproductformulationsandtesting.
- Resolutionofproblemsrelatingtoproductsandprocessedaccomplishedinatimelymanner.
- Establishingandmaintainingeffectiverelationshipswiththoseinlineofwork.
