Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Sourcing
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for both product manufacturing and beverage ingredients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate in finding vendors for other companies’ activities such as marketing events, campaigns and office operations.

Production Coordination
- Assist in managing the production process for custom-made products, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to align designs and specifications with company requirements.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet expectations.

Support Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production and sourcing align with company needs.
- Assist in managing inventory levels for both finished products and ingredients.
- Track budgets and provide updates on procurement costs and timelines.

Process Improvement
- Suggest ideas to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on market trends and new supplier opportunities.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, production, or a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of sourcing and production workflows, experience in beverage or apparel industry is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Suite (Sheet, Doc, Drive etc.)

Personal Traits:

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently, team working, have a high sense of responsibility
- Well-organized and problem-solving oriented

Language Proficiency: Communication in English; proficiency is a plus.
