**Job Description**:
The task will be delegated based on your experience, including:

- Analyze and understand business and technical requirements and work with stakeholders across different domains and industries
- Make test plan/test strategy based on the specifications of the project
- Develop, execute and review test cases based on functional, non-functional, technical and usability requirements
- Manage and report on your own test deliverables and test execution
- Create and manage defects along with evaluating severity and impact on the solution and scope
- Take responsibility for certifying the risk and quality of the solution
- Work and collaborate in an international environment with experienced and skilled colleagues in Vietnam and Europe
- Plan, organize and follow up on team members and a number of concurrent activities
- Summarize and communicate team progress, to the project manager, in a well-structured and timely manner
- Identify areas for own personal development

**Optional**:

- Design and implement the test strategy, workflow/framework used for automated testing in the project in relation to the software development and CI/CD
- Develop and document test scripts and test plans based on functional and technical requirements along with writing guidelines for test automation processes
- Create, execute and maintain automated scripts

**Qualifications**:

- ** Minimum 6 years of recent, hands-on quality assurance experience**:

- ** Good English skills in both writing and verbally**:

- Good understanding of software testing theory
- Experience in using tools for test management, tracking defects, capture of test evidence and analyzing data
- Leading experience is a plus
- Open towards and able to learn new technologies quickly
- Effectively estimate work and produce deliverables on time
- ISTQB certificate is a plus, but not required

**Optional**:

- Hands-on experience in building test automation frameworks - preferably using technologies such as Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright and Cypress
