** What you will do**:

- Research market and user insights to propose key messages & key visuals tailored for each campaign type;
- Set up creatives for customized, weekly, and seasonal campaigns on ZingMP3;
- Perform QA/QC to ensure correct creative-user logic and avoid mismatched displays;
- Monitor & report daily campaign performance and user touchpoints;
- Compose and maintain campaign planning, progress tracking, and setup guidelines;
- Analyze performance weekly and post-campaign to extract actionable insights;
- Conduct improvement reviews and risk assessments after each campaign;
- Propose tool or process optimizations to make campaign setup smoother and easier to manage.

**What you will need**:

- Experience in digital advertising, end-to-end campaign management, or digital product marketing;
- Strong product and user mindset, with a good grasp of Agile workflows and consumer behavior psychology;
- High sense of ownership and responsibility, with a genuine drive to ask, learn, and grow;
- Open, collaborative, and detail-oriented, always double-checking your own work;
- Familiarity with music products or mobile apps is a strong advantage;
- Ability to turn data into creative or UX insights is a big plus.
