Đảm bảo tuân thủ Quy trình tuyển dụng của Phòng Nhân Sự: Tìm kiếm, sàng lọc ứng viên tiềm năng, phỏng vấn, đánh giá ứng viên phù hợp,..
- Chấm công nhân viên, theo dõi các đề nghị thanh toán và kiểm tra đối chiếu với chính sách, nội quy-quy định,...
- Đào tạo-hội nhập nhân sự mới: Hướng dẫn, giới thiệu cho nhân viên mới về các chính sách, quy định nhân sự của Công ty.
- Xác định tiêu chí tuyển dụng cho từng vị trí (lĩnh vực F&B)
- Đa dạng các platform tuyển dụng.
- Phát triển thương hiệu Nhà Tuyển Dụng: xây dựng các nền tảng social, quản lý fanpage,
- Triển khai các chương trình, nội dung, workshop nhằm thu hút ứng viên.
- Quản lý và cấp phát Văn phòng phẩm & Đồng phục cho nhân viên.

In ấn chứng từ, hợp đồng lao động,quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ,...
- Các công việc khác được giao (nếu có).

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- **Có laptop cá nhân**- Yêu thích công việc Nhân sự, làm việc với con người.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt, năng động & yêu thích môi trường ngành nghề dịch vụ F&B.
- Tốt nghiệp các ngành học có chuyên môn liên quan đến Con người, Quản Trị Nhân lực/ Luật/Tâm Lý Học,...
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 6 tháng hoặc 1 năm.
