Network and infrastructure management**: Monitor maintain IT Utilies system, normal SVR/NW issues, CCTV, IP Phone, PA System, network, routers, internet connection. **2. Information Security Management**: Implement all activities in the company and enhancement compliance 3. IT Helpdesk - Performing IT equipment and software installations and upgrades. - Providing IT support to staff in all offices. - Troubleshooting IT-related problems and determining the root-cause as well as the countermeasure.. **4.
