**Operations**:

- Manage accounts of Go2Joy's Partners who are hotels from North & North Central Vietnam. Support & consult hotels on their sales strategy in app to develop & boost partners' revenue;
- Conduct promotion plans to promote hotels visibility & attract active users;
- Follow hotels performance, resolve requests/issues delivered from Go2Joy's users to hotels;
**Management**:

- Cascade KPI to each team member & create monthly action plan to reach KPI set by BOD;
- Control performance & deliver guidance to each team member;
- Keep oversight on revenue tracking and make necessary adjustments so as to achieve maximum efficiency;
- Collaborating with stakeholders including marketing team, accounting team to ensure that the work is completed efficiently;
- Report team performance weekly/monthly;
- Other tasks under assignment of line manager.

- University degree

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in hotel industry, having an insight into the market
- Positive working attitude
- Having team leadership with a good team spirit, time management skill, well manage multi-task organisation skills
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Having good management ability, creative thinking, breakthrough sharp analysis
- Critical thinker and problem solving skill
