**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
You will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of ERP system to support rapid operational scaling. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient workflows across inventory, finance, procurement, and supply chain management—critical to our pre production readiness and mass production plans. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end to end implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle NetSuite. Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) to assess business needs and deliver ERP solutions that scale. Develop and maintain advanced workflows, dashboards, custom fields, scripts (SuiteScript), and integrations (SuiteTalk APIs). Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and efficient process automation across key modules. Lead system upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members or consultants if applicable.

**Yêu Cầu**:
5+ years of hands on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno functional role. Proven experience in ERP implementation and system optimization, especially for fast growing manufacturing or supply chain heavy companies. Deep understanding of NetSuite modules: Inventory, Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement. Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and system integration tools is highly preferred. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
