Our client is a leading joint stock bank in Vietnam who is searching for qualified talent to join their firm:

- Plan, organize, direct and control corporate banking activities and resources in order to meet corporate banking objectives.
- Assess market conditions by industry; and define, recommend, and implement corporate banking strategy in order to gain and sustain the bank’s competitive edge and results.
- In order to obtain and maintain the bank's competitive edge and outcomes, analyze market circumstances by industry and create, suggest, and put into practice a corporate banking strategy.
- Assess, analyze, define, recommend, implement and follow up on marketing plans and products plan by market segment in order to meet strategic objectives.
- Determine client requirements, take action and follow up to satisfy expectations.
- Direct attention on expanding the clientele revenue, and company volumes.
- Lead corporate banking, institutional banking
- Lead transactional banking (payments, collections, internet banking, trade flows.
- Achieve the commercial/wholesale objectives through both commercial successes at the branches as well as through expanding the wholesale business activities at the head office
- Lead the creation of corporate banking related products and services.
- Manage the corporate banking risk management framework.
- Identify training needs recommend guide rotate monitor and follow up in order to improve staff competencies.

University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related field. Extensive experience in the financial and corporate banking sector, preferably with an international bank with a focus on corporate banking. In-depth knowledge of analysis of Bank financials and other department functions in a bank. Should be able to analyze market conditions and identify opportunity for business. Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management. Excellent marketing, communication, organizing and leadership skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Team player with the ability to motivate and lead.
