Gọi điện thoại cho các khách hàng tiềm năng để chào hàng về sản phẩm/dịch vụ từ data có sẵn
- Cung cấp thông tin sản phẩm, dịch vụ cho khách hàng
- Tư vấn và giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng, đáp ứng tốt nhất những nhu cầu của khách
- Xử lý các đơn hàng, hoàn thiện các biểu mẫu
- Thu thập, xây dựng dữ liệu kinh doanh, quản lý thông tin khách hàng
- Phối hợp với các nhân viên kinh doanh và nhân viên các phòng ban khác để đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh
- Báo cáo với cấp trên về tiến độ và báo cáo doanh số tuần/tháng/năm
- Hỗ trợ trưởng phòng KD triển khai các công việc hành chính
- Tạo dựng mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với khách hàng thông qua việc đáp ứng tốt nhất nhu cầu với khách hàng và xử lí khiếu nại kịp thời
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của trưởng bộ phận
