BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR A** TAX, TREASURY & INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER**

**SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Manager Level**

**FUNCTION: Finance**

**SALARY RANGE: Basic Salary + Bonus Scheme + Excellent Benefits**

**LOCATION: Factory in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to: Senior Finance Manager**

**Reporting Level: Manages Self & Others**

As the Tax, Treasury, and Internal Control Manager, your role objective is to ensure effective management and compliance in the areas of taxation, treasury operations, and internal controls within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing tax planning and compliance, managing treasury activities, and establishing and monitoring internal control processes. By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the financial stability, regulatory compliance, and risk management of the company.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

**Tax**

Manage for government audits, coordinate team and provide support for relevant tax audits (including government audit & state audit, etc.)

Manage the tax reporting and compliances to ensure reporting and full compliance with tax regulation (FCT, VAT, CIT, SST,TP as well as other tax-related internal/external report)

Advise/ consult stakeholders to embed tax compliance and propose to mitigate tax risks

**Treasury**

Manage and oversee the Batcash (mid-term cash forecasting)

Liaise with stakeholders to manage the forex dealings effectively and deposit planning to optimize cash

Being contact point with banks (prepare/submit/receive relevant documents to/from banks)

**Internal control and compliances**

Review and update Tax & Treasury policy

Ensure company to comply with all tax regulations

Monitor control environment of the business and drive for control compliance in finance department, and support control compliance for other departments (CN, BIA, BCP)

**Ops and P&R**

Review monthly OVH report actual/forecast/accrual.

Leading the OVH coplan budget cycle

Manage to deliver the manufacturing cost/mille KPI on Yearly basis

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in finance roles in multinational companies.
- 3+ years of Working experience in Big 4 (Tax consultation) will be an advantage
- Excellent experience in related Tax regulations;
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- CPA or Member of a recognized professional body (ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
- Able to work independently and exercise good judgment, being initiative;
- Storytelling skill based on numbers.
- Matured sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
