**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Must have:

- 4+ years of experience working with Ruby
- 1+ years of experience leading team
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming
- Optimization techniques for large databases skills
- Background jobs, when to use them or not, common things that can go wrong, etc., and preferably different processors (such as Sidekiq and Resque) and their differences and relative merits
- REST APIs, including designing, implementing, and consuming them
- How to benchmark the app, and not just for speed but also memory, network i/o, disk i/o, etc
- How to deploy an app, beyond just “git push heroku master”; ideally some standard tools such as Capistrano

Nice to have (Optional):

- Hands-on experience writing command-line apps using Ruby libraries.
- Expertise in Rails.
- Work experience with AWS services.
- Reviewing Ruby code skills
