(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
(1) Ensure all components have first article approval, complete with sample

(2) Ensure all imported components have an inspection plan

(3) Write up inspection plan for every component based on technical specification from the supplier

(4) Ensure every component has a file comprising of:

- First Article Approval
- Sample
- Technical specification
- Recording sheet
- Inspection Plan

(5) Ensure supplier is from an approved source

(6) Update and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL)

(7) Perform inspection on incoming components as per Incoming Quality Control

(8) Record inspection result on recording sheet of the relevant component & solving reject,

(9) Raise Supplier Inspection Report (SIR) & following up

(9) Fill GRN with relevant inspection result & shelf life control

(10) Update component file in case of necessity, i.e. new approved source etc.

(11) Release urgent part as per AQU05 in case of necessity

(12) Maintain all equipment of IQC in good working condition

(13) Arrange with QA for calibration of the IQC equipment before expire date

(14) The IQC leader besides training function for inspectors and also to ensure subordinate follow procedures of the department or the company. if the leader cannot resolve management related matters, IQC leader shall consult with superior.

(15) Other jobs as and when assigned by Quality Manager
- Bachelor in Electronics, experience 3+ years in same position.
- Meet and document controls needed to satisfy ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 & ISO-13485:2016 at audit processes.
- Able to work both in team or individual under high pressure, strong in prolem solving.
- English fluently both verbal and written.
