About Elfie

Elfie has the ambitious mission to save millions of people every year. Our vision is to provide a holistic and gamified solution to chronic diseases, the silent killers of our generation.

As you may already know, 25% of all people die from one of 3 chronic diseases: hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol. On the positive front, it could be avoided if people followed their doctor's prescription and lifestyle recommendations. Unfortunately, they don't due to lack of awareness of danger, unwillingness to change lifestyle,and costs to follow treatment (lifelong).

**Responsibilities**:
Our mission is to help patients be healthier by encouraging them to monitor their health inside the free Elfie app; we motivate them to regularly enter their vital signs and their pillbox usage inside our app. We do so by producing short form videos and answering chat or video messages.

What is the day to day of this role:
1. Hospital Partnership Activation: to be in charge of the operations of Hospital partnership execution to deliver the Elfie hospital partnership's goal such as:

- Frequent hospital visits for performance audit & improvement initiates
- Support developing communication tools and activities for the hospital/NDT
- Participating in nurse training
- Updating dashboard/performance report if needed
- Supervise Elfie co-ordinators/ambassadors
- Building and maintaining the strong relationship & collaboration with partners: mainly hospital team (Med rep, KAS, KAM, RSM), project team (NDT), and marketing team (in HCP marketing activities & communication) for Elfie’s benefits
- Support Marketing events (symposia) & FF training

2. Consumer engagement: Execution the consumer engagement activities to drive user retention:

- Plan & organise interview users & communication plan w. hospitals
- Create the video clip, articles or quiz/contest based on the monthly/quarterly or Elfie partnership’s content
- Update pharmacovigilance in the app
- Take action on user feedback through other in-app channels
- Support engineering team to create/submit ZNS messages & related report

3. Digital Center Management
- Handlepatient communication & request from partner in the alignment with Elfie set KPIs & engagement strategy.
- Understand &oversight the applied AI into the user's engagement process: contributing to scripts, collecting feedback from users & partners.
- Work with the engineering team to run campaigns to achieve set KPIs
- Prepare dashboard/report
- Supervise human coach if needed

What Is The Package & Terms
- Global contract with USD salary;
- Bonus: performance bonustwice a year
- Probation: 2 months;
- Benefits: 14 days of paid-vacation, healthcare coverage (starts after probation);
- Job location: HCMC,2:3 days per week in-office;
