**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Standardization of Project Management Methods**:

- Design and support the implementation of standard processes, methodologies, tools, and templates for project management.
- Establish governance structures to evaluate project progress and performance.
- ** Training and Development in Project Management**:

- Design and conduct training programs related to project management.
- Support the skill development of project managers and team members.
- ** Support for Project Management Activities**:

- Provide expert knowledge and advice to project managers and teams.
- Assist in problem-solving and risk management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
- More than 10 years’ experience in software development and ~5 years’ experience in project management.
- Experience managing projects with teams of 10 or more members.
- Experience in Designing and Implementing Training Programs.
- Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Excellent Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)
- Good design documentation is required.
- Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate is a plus.
- Japanese company experience is preferable..
