**Job description**:
**ABOUT THE PROJECT**:
Siglar Carbon provides actionable maritime emissions data to help shipping stakeholders, such as charterers, owners, operators, brokers, and commodity traders, manage and reduce carbon emissions. Our solutions enable users to estimate, analyze, and optimize emissions performance, integrate carbon insights into commercial decisions, and navigate regulations like the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS). The platform offers tools like a Carbon Analyzer, Carbon Ship Finder, and EUA Risk Manager to help control carbon exposure and costs across shipping operations.

**Your skills and experience**:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO WILL
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Identify, report, and track defects.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases for both functional and non-functional testing.
- Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and potential security risks.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and other teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on product quality.
- Nice to have: develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Appium, Selenium, or other relevant frameworks. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in web testing techniques, including functional, non-functional, and performance testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, etc.).
- Knowledge of software testing standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for quality and attention to detail.

**Plus skills**:

- Experience with test automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium, etc.) and testing tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
