MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members to ensure delivery of the Capella brand, values and vision, to create an amazing experience for our guests and team members.
- Communicates expectations, recognises performance, and produces consistent desired business results.
- Oversees and manages the daily operations of the PR department and ensures that all team members comply with service standards, departmental policies and operating procedures set by the hotel.
- Be an exemplary role model in inspiriting team members through strong demonstration of the Capella Culture and Service Philosophy.
- Together with Director of Marketing Communications, plan and develop promotional and communications strategies via public relations, media, placement of advertising as directed, printed materials and other sales & promotional tools.
- Ensure the annual Public Relations Plan and Advertising Plan are strategic and measurable and are able to be adjusted along with the business needs.
- Demonstrates effective selling techniques in promotion the hotel and Capella Hotels & Resorts’ products & services through public relations activities.
- Represents Brand and Hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, local community and partners. Continuously build excellent relationship with local and international media.
- Oversees public relations activities e.g. media fam trip, media stay and media review.
- Demonstrates highly effective verbal and non-verbal communications skills in both English and Thai with an ability to write and proof-read press releases in English and Thai as needed and continually issue press releases as planned.
- Write speeches and responses for management interview as required by department heads and Guidance Team.
- Track and make a media clipping report. Respond to clients / media inquiry within 24 hours.
- Ensure each projects / tasks are done properly and completed in a timely manner.
- Assist identifying a local charity for the hotel as part of CSR program.
- Source and manage sponsorship opportunities / events of the hotel to increase brand awareness and look for opportunity to generate revenue through Public Relations aspects.
- Handle information to counter negative publicity and handle crisis and emergency communications.
- Be an early adopter and champion for innovation, especially in the area of Public Relations.
- Deliver enthusiastic, positive, helpful and respectful client communication, ensuring precise and effective information transfer.
- Ensure all product information is correct in all forms of communication such as hotel factsheet, press releases, printed materials, advertising materials, etc.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel daily services, activities, promotion, and event. Effectively communicate and update all team members on any changes to ensure guests receive up-to-date information.
- Be the brand ambassador of the hotel, ensure all materials comply with the brand standards and all creative follows the brand direction.
- Handling complaints and resolving service ‘Glitches’, keep a record of all feedbacks under the appropriate system. Ensures that the issues are resolved in a timely manner to guests’ satisfaction.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Have held the role at least 1 years in international 5 star hotel brands or Ultra Luxury Hotel/Resort brands
- Be fluent in spoken and written English (English level certification required)
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences in similar role in luxury hotels/resort
- Have a pro-active approach to problem-solving and to handling tasks and projects
**o Have strong knowledge of (PMS & S&C Opera)**: Creating group blocks, catering events, pull reports, data analysis, etc.
- Have high grooming standards
