We are looking for a highly skilled **Golang Developer** to join our remote team and contribute to an exciting project in the **Education** and **Health** domains. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic **start-up environment**, where you will have the chance to build products **from the ground up** and see them through from concept to delivery.

You’ll be part of a **small team**, so we value **initiative, ownership, and a product-oriented mindset**. If you are someone who enjoys working end-to-end on a product, thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced setting, and has strong problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using **Golang**.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build innovative solutions in Education and Health.
- Take ownership of features from **idea to deployment**, ensuring high quality and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technology choices.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of backend development experience, with at least **3 years in Golang**.
- Proven track record in building **end-to-end products** in small/start-up teams.
- Strong understanding of **software architecture** and best practices.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Excellent **problem-solving** and **communication skills**.
- **Fluent in English** for verbal and written communication.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience in **Education** or **Health** technology projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
